Initial Engagement Payment
Amount Due Today: $500
This initial payment reserves your place in our engagement process and will be applied toward your final balance. Once your payment is made, you will be contacted to schedule.
Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy: We reserve your event date exclusively for your organization. As a result, the initial payment is non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event. For events requiring travel, the remaining balance is due 15 days before the event to allow for final travel and event preparations. We appreciate your partnership and understanding as these policies help us deliver an exceptional experience for every client.
